Terms & Conditions of Use The mrace8 Platform Malaysia

1User Eligibility & Account Registration

To use mrace8's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. mrace8 conducts age verification as part of our standard KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• Registering with personal information that is accurate, complete, and up to date including your full name, Malaysian identity card number (MyKad), active phone number, and a valid email address.
• There are no more than one active account registered under your name or sharing the same IP address or device.
• Has never had an account terminated by mrace8 for terms violations or fraud.
• Fully responsible for the security of your account login credentials (username and password).

Mrace8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or utility bill) at any time as part of the account verification process. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

2Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the mrace8 platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mrace8 does not accept or process any foreign currency.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• FPX – Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other FPX member banks in Malaysia
• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay Malaysia
• Boost eWallet
• ShopeePay Malaysia
• DuitNow Transfer

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. No default daily maximum deposit limit is set; however, personal limits can be configured through your account settings as part of mrace8's responsible gaming features.

Withdrawal Requirements:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• The standard withdrawal processing time is 15 to 30 minutes from the date and time the request is received, subject to full account verification.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, full identity verification (KYC) must be completed by uploading the required documents.
• Withdrawals involving bonus winnings will only be processed once all bonus wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Mrace8 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for a period not exceeding three (3) business days for security checks and compliance purposes.

3Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Mrace8 offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer is subject to specific terms and time limits as stated in the respective offer details. The following general terms apply to all bonuses at mrace8:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses must have their wagering requirements met before any withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type — typically between 20x and 40x the value of the bonus received.
• Bonus Validity Period: Every bonus has a set validity period. Once expired, the bonus and any associated unclaimed winnings will be automatically forfeited.
• Betting Limit While Bonus Is Active: While bonus wagering requirements are being met, the maximum bet per match is RM20 or 10% of the bonus value (whichever is lower), unless otherwise stated.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, table games contribute 10%–20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. Contribution details are specified in each bonus offer.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Claiming a new bonus while a previous one is still active may result in the forfeiture of the first bonus.
• Prohibition on Stacking Multiple Bonuses: mrace8 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold related winnings if you are found to be exploiting bonus offers through arbitrage techniques, account transfers, or any other unfair means.

Mrace8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time. Such changes will not affect bonuses that have already been received and are currently undergoing wagering requirements.

4Game Rules & User Conduct

All games offered by mrace8 — including slots, live table games, progressive Jackpots, Sports Betting on the Malaysia Super League and EPL football, and esports titles such as Mobile Legends and Dota 2 — must be played in accordance with the rules set out for each game.

• Final Decision: The outcome of all games is final and may not be contested unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure that has been verified by mrace8's technical team.
• Technical Failure: In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay that affects the outcome, mrace8 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
• Prohibition on Third-Party Software: The use of bots, automated software, statistical modelling tools, or any system designed to gain an unfair advantage over the mrace8 platform is strictly prohibited.
• Sports Betting: Betting on sporting events where you have inside information or direct influence over the outcome is a serious violation. mrace8 reserves the right to void such bets and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
• Betting Limit: Each game and market has set minimum and maximum betting limits. mrace8 reserves the right to apply individual limits to players based on their risk profile.

5Account Security & Personal Data Protection

6Responsible Gaming

Mrace8 is committed to promoting healthy and responsible gambling. We provide a range of management tools to help players stay in control:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings. These limits take effect immediately once applied.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss amount you are comfortable with for a given period to prevent spending beyond your means.

7Account Suspension & Termination

Mrace8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time and without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions. Circumstances that may lead to account termination include:

• Registering using false information or another person's identity
• Owning or using multiple accounts
• Financial fraud, including the use of stolen credit/debit cards or false payment information
• Money laundering or any illegal activity involving your mrace8 account
• Exploitation of software bugs or system vulnerabilities
• Use of unauthorized automation software, bots, or assisted tools
• Illegal, threatening, or abusive behaviour directed at staff or other players
• Individuals who have enrolled in a self-exclusion program on any other gambling platform

When an account is terminated due to a violation, mrace8 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses. Account termination decisions are final unless there is clear evidence that the termination was made in error.

8Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Mrace8 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from:

• Technical failures, internet service disruptions, or interruptions beyond mrace8's reasonable control
• Game outcomes generated on the basis of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user
• Gambling losses arising from legitimate use of the mrace8 platform
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from negligence in safeguarding your login credentials
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if mrace8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages

Mrace8's services are provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the mrace8 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, user interfaces, brand names, software code, text, images, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of mrace8 or its licensors and is protected under international copyright law.

• You not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content without explicit written consent from mrace8.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access the mrace8 platform solely for personal, non-commercial use.
• The name "mrace8" and all associated trademarks are the property of mrace8. Unauthorised use for any purpose is strictly prohibited.

10Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions, and any dispute arising from the use of the mrace8 platform, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction in which mrace8's licence is held.

Should any dispute arise between you and mrace8, you agree to:

• Contacting the mrace8 support team at support@mrace8.net first to resolve the dispute amicably within 30 days
• If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules
• Arbitration will be conducted in English or Bahasa Melayu by mutual agreement

This arbitration clause does not prevent mrace8 from seeking immediate relief from a competent court to protect its rights.
